The photographer needs to be in position before you arrive and invisible until the second it happens. The spot has to be the right one at the right hour, and free of a wedding party or a film crew. The flowers need to be there without being carried across the park. We plan all of it with you and make sure none of it shows.

Every package is fully customisable and handled end to end — the location, the timing, the photographer and the flowers. The difference is how much theatre you want around the question.
A refundable deposit holds your date and your location. Everything is customisable — if you have an idea that isn’t listed, tell us and we’ll price it. Carriage proposals are booked per carriage rather than per person.
Two to four weeks is comfortable for most proposals, and a carriage ride can often be arranged with a few days’ notice. Autumn weekends and sunset slots go faster than anything else — if your date is fixed, tell us early and we’ll check what’s open before you commit.
No. The photographer arrives well before you, works from a distance with a long lens, and looks like any other person in the park until the moment has happened. We agree a cue beforehand so the shutter starts the second you go down rather than a beat late.
We move it. Rain dates transfer free of charge, and if the forecast is borderline we’ll call you the day before rather than leaving it to chance. A carriage ride works in light rain — the cover comes down and it becomes rather good.
Not for two people asking a question. Permits apply to events with 20 or more people, so a proposal needs nothing. If you’re planning to gather family afterwards, or want a formal photography session in the Conservatory Garden, that’s a different matter and we’ll sort it.
That’s part of the job. We’ll give you a plausible reason to be standing in exactly the right spot at exactly the right time — a booked walking tour, a table reservation, a photo of the skyline. Most of the planning goes into making sure nothing looks planned.
The deposit is fully refundable until you confirm the booking in writing. After that, standard cancellation terms apply and we’ll set them out clearly before you pay anything.
